Here's a Kawai ES110, a current model. It has a couple of scratches on the top (picture frame fell on it), but it does not affect the sound in any way. The ES-110, HML-1 stand, and F-350 3-pedal unit list at $1379, but you can have this bundle for $749. Save $630!
The Baldwin Hamilton has been the workhorse piano for schools and churches since the '40's. (A fair number of homes have these pianos too - they're practically indestructible.) The new Chinese-made equivalents list for $12,495, but you can probably negotiate a price of maybe $8K. This one was bought new from us in 1995, but unfortunately its purchaser fell ill and eventually passed away. This is from his estate, and is in fabulous condition (look at the pics of the hardly used hammers and the shipping tape that has yet to be removed). You could pay $8K, or you could buy this American-made jewel for $2295.
